About the Role

Be a part of our journey in this new critical change management and project role. As the People Systems Partner, you will shape our future people systems developing a contemporary approach to data management and reporting. Partnering with our People Experience team and leaders, you will support the development and implementation of our new HRIS. Your role will be pivotal in establishing the strategies that improve the effectiveness, utilisation, and automation of people systems. To support you in your role, we offer a positive culture with a focus on learning and high performance to deliver excellent outcomes for Manningham.

Skills and Experience

  •       Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and relevant experience.
  • An experienced HR systems specialist in project and change management.
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A capable leader delivering technology solutions and continuous improvement.
  • An analytical thinker able to utilise Excel and other reporting tools to collate, query, analyse, interpret, and present data. 
  • A positive communicator, able to build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A producer of high-quality work with a keen eye for detail.
  • A team player, committed to best practices, flexible in the face of changing priorities and competing tasks.
