Working From Home
Manningham Council have a number of policies and practices to help support our staff, including a Working from Home policy, flexible work practices and an IT infrastructure to support various communication methods when working remotely.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure Coordinator, this position will plan, develop, and enhance cyber security controls and policies in an integrated, efficient, safe, and effective manner. It will promote good cybersecurity awareness and training to mitigate risk across the organisation.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or other (ISC)² approved cyber security framework qualification(s).
- Three to five years of experience in a security analyst or related position
- Experience with MS Sentinel, Crowdstrike or other SIEM system an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience with all levels of organisation.
- Significant professional experience in a similar role in complex organisation environment.
