About the Role
You will shape and build a new team that will partner with the business to enable services that maximise benefits for our community and enhance community and customer experience. Applying a people-centric approach and using data and evidence to support decisions you will drive ways of working that embed our public value approach, values and customer promise. You will collaborate to develop strategic plans, improve business processes, and use technology to enable outcomes.
