An opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated individual to join Manningham Council Local Laws team. The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy high volume environment with strong communication and organisation skills. The exciting position is multi discipline role so experience across all activities including local laws and amenity investigation, animal management and parking is required.

About the Role

The Local Laws Officer will engage with and respond to customer inquiries and conduct investigations into concerns raised across the variety of responsibilities. Working both individually and as part of a larger team you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to organise and manage self, often working with conflicting priorities.

  • Have demonstrated experience in domestic animal management and in interpretation and enforcement of relevant legislation
