Exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering technology improvements into a dynamic and progressive local council. You will use your years of experience to support delivery of our Technology and Data Roadmap to the benefit of various business units and the community at large. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant demonstrated experience in successfully delivering highly complex projects (including ERP and HR systems) in a small to medium corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience with all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience in driving significant change in a heavily process-driven and change-adverse environment.

About the Role
The Enabling Projects team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality solutions and benefits realisations within scope, budget, and timeline.
Your role will involve leading our Human Resource Information Systems and Telephony projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, and fostering strong client relationships.
Skills and Experience
- A project generalist with demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering highly complex projects in a small to medium corporate environment.
- Strong communicator, experience running workshops, managing vendors, driving change and influencing stakeholders.
- Project management certification or qualification is desirable along with strong business analysis skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience across the development and implementation of people (employee) related enterprise systems and data analysis is desirable.
