About the Role
This position contributes towards making Manningham a more liveable, prosperous, sustainable and healthier place. The successful applicant will assist in the general operation of the Environmental Health team processing applications, inputting data, customer service, reports, organising meetings, project work among other administrative duties. You will also assist with running community and school immunisation sessions.
Skills and Experience
- Great interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan, and organise one’s work to achieve set objectives and targets within set timeframes.
- Ability to write reports and prepare external correspondence.
- High attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills using professional knowledge, experience and technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to contribute to the development of the team.
Desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Immunisation Program
- Current Working with Children Check (required)
- Drivers licence valid in Victoria
