Contribute your skills to review HR core data for our HRIS project. Contribute to analysis of People and HR core data for the People Experience team and Workforce Planning.

About the Role

This position has come available due to internal promotion and parental leave. During the two months covering the leave, this role will be involved in progressing our data through continued work in Power BI and reporting, but also contribute to a significate HRIS project. In April this role will support the HR core data information for the development of a new system for Performance Management (PDP) and Learning (LMS), Recruitment, Onboard and Offboarding system. It’s an exciting time to join a very friendly and flexible team 3 days a week with an established hybrid working environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Experienced in Excel, Power BI and HR (People related) data analytics
  • Knowledge of preparing a data story for reports
  • Knowledge or experience in HRIS projects and reviewing core data would be advantageous
  • Experience cleansing and managing data from multiple sources and systems
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in HR or data analytics
