We have an exciting opportunity for a People Experience Partner to join the Organisation Development Team in the People Experience Service Unit. In this position, you will assist with the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of our programs which celebrate and leverage diversity, embed equality principles and elevate inclusive practices across our organisation.

About the Role
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Support the implementation of the Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP)
- Monitor and provide quality control for Gender Impact Assessments (GIA)
- Support the team to promote our gender and intersectional equality, diversity and inclusion policy, programs, and strategy.
- Create, implement and maintain our intranet and resources that support our equality and inclusion related strategies
- Facilitate the delivery and embedding of cultural frameworks such as the promotion of Manningham’s Values
- Contribute to the administration, maintenance and compliance monitoring through action registers and record keeping.
Skills and Experience
- A change agent who positively impacts organisational culture and capability through innovative thinking, system solutions and commitment to best practice and continuous improvement.
- A customer focused professional with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the business, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible and able to deliver in an environment with changing priorities and competing tasks.
- Strong MS Office skills- Word, excel and Powerpoint.
- Tertiary qualified with effective writing skills and attention to detail.
