About the role

Work collaboratively with a large team of Home Support Workers to effectively allocate service hours for the provision of home, personal and respite care. Provide an excellent level of customer service to both the Home Support Workers and clients receiving the service.

Duties

  • Prepare and maintain weekly rosters
  • Arrange replacement workers
  • Maintain client records

Skills & experience

  • Experience in rostering, preferably in a community service organisation
  • Strong external and internal customer service skills
  • Knowledge of aged care issues and principles of healthy ageing
  • Highly developed computer literacy skills, Carelink an advantage
