About the role

This part time position is the key administrative support for the activities within our Organisational Development team. The team is responsible for Learning and Development, employee engagement and our diversity and inclusion program which includes achieving our gender equality goals. The successful applicant will be producing reports that support our learning programs and reporting of our compliance e-learning and much more. You will also have the opportunity to learn and work with our procurement and financial systems.  We need a person with a positive outlook who is prepared to apply themselves to a variety of activities.

Duties 

  • Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development team in an environment with competing priorities
  • Take responsibility for a range of administration tasks including the procurement of learning and development providers using Manningham’s procurement system, obtaining quotes and ensuring timely invoicing and payments
  • Manage the Learning and Performance modules of our new system, taking responsibility for the administration of the modules, producing reports and supporting end users across the organisation.
  • Booking venues for training program and seminars and ensuring training materials are in place
  • Responding and allocating actions from our team inbox 

Skills and Experience 

  • Experience providing administrative support in a busy people-oriented business team
  • Strong administrative skills using Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of people and learning systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of reports to support people engagement
  • Strong communication skills with written correspondence and stakeholder engagement
  • A positive can-do approach to your work who can work effectively without close supervision
